Pandemia is a high-output, huge humbucker that combines the defined mids and presence characteristic of an Alnico 8 pickup with the level of attack & compression that could easily be attributed to a ceramic humbucker. It asymmetrical coil design combined with the 12 concave cores, focus the magnetic flux, making it very dynamic and expressive. The neck version offers a grainy tone with good mids and presence, while the bridge position delivers tight notes that cut through the mix alongside with open harmonics. This design is highly recommended for lower tunings. Comes with a 4-conductor shielded wire for multiple wiring options. Proudly made in Florida-BA, this pickup is hand built in our workshop and wax potted for squeal free operation.
