El Combativo is our highest-output humbucker that always leads the way, turning your guitar into “the wall” that the band stands on, both in terms of solos and chords performance. The power of its three large ceramic magnets makes this humbucker, unrepeatable and terrifying. Its output level comes from the combination of extra-wound coils, its massive ceramic magnetic flux, and the large Allen-head cap screws. These particular types of metal poles expand the magnetic field, making it wider and more uniform across the 6-strings, generating a sound that combines clarity, bass-midrange depth, and extreme punch. While the Combative bridge pickup is beautifully thunderous, the neck pickup is much warmer, more articulate, and balanced in the bass, midrange and treble range. For this reason, you'll find a versatile universe of sounds with multiple high-output possibilities in the neck & bridge pack. Protect by a thin tape, the magnet wire is wound very close to the metallic slugs and metallic thread slugs of each bobbin, providing extra sensitivity and sustain compare to any other humbucker pickup. It comes with 12 adjustable Allen-head cap screws and a 4-conductor cable + braid for multiple connections. Proudly made in Florida-BA, this pickup is hand built in our workshop and wax potted for squeal free operation.
